THE BIG DOOR

The big door
Operates, finally,
In hurtle-block mode,
A big mash,
Annihilation.
A blank allgong
Hammering a silence
Labeled infinity.
The shark's stomach has you.
You are one
With the forgotten chocolates,
With the neglected can of broken beans,
With the graphite slick
In the lock which no longer opens.
The sound of the big door slamming
Is a zero which chronicles eternity.
